With the purchase of your VESSCH you receive a legal warranty period of 2 years.

If problems suddenly arise, we offer an extra 1 year warranty in addition to the legal warranty.

Only for material and functional defects that could already be detected upon delivery
On all parts produced by Vessch (frame, racing bike fork, cockpit, etc.)
Conversion, shipping and customs fees (if applicable) are paid by the owner

Conditions and procedure
This offer is only valid once up to two years from the date of purchase.
You will receive a comparable frame without parts (seatpost, derailleurs, damper, stem, etc.).
To use the Crash Replacement service, you must contact Vesschbikes B.V. to include.
You must explain in detail how the damage was caused. We need this information to get an idea of ​​what to look for when inspecting your frame and components. Our service office will then discuss the next steps with you.
You caused the damage yourself. Offer is not valid for damage caused by a third party.

Attention
The Crash Replacement service is only for the first owner and is limited to damage that affects the functionality of the racing bike.
You can only use the Crash Replacement service once, and this up to 2 years after the purchase date.
We reserve the right to withhold this service if we determine that the damage was intentional or cosmetic.
When you use the Crash Replacement Program you must return the damaged, irreparable frame.
It is not possible to switch to another model.
